The community beach is located at the intersection of North Shore Drive & South Shore Drive and includes a small sandy beach, two picnic tables, a recreational pier, and boat ramp.
Access to the locked boat ramp is limited to paying SSIA members.

The community clubhouse at 7724 Norfolk Road has ample parking and a playground for young children.
SSIA Members are able to rent the Clubhouse for private events and it’s also home to official SSIA events like our monthly meetings.

The vacant lot along the 800 block of South Shore Drive may be used by members for temporary purposes (dog walking, playing catch, etc).
SSIA Members may also reserve the lot for parking.

In addition to monthly SSIA Meetings (last wednesday of most months), our volunteer staff organize and host a variety of annual and seasonal events for the betterment of the community.
