Members of the Silver Sands HOA enjoy the following benefits.
Clubhouse & Playground
There is a small building (7724 Norfolk Rd) for meetings and special events. The building includes a restroom, small kitchen, and limited storage.
Just outside the Clubhouse (7724 Norfolk) is a small playground for the kids in our community.
Parking is first-come first-served, unless you’ve reserved the Clubhouse for an event.
Community Beach
There is a small community beach at 898 South Shore Drive a dock, boat ramp, and picnic table.
It’s also a great spot to go fishing!
The beach is private and locked- to obtain a key, please become a member and request one.
Parking
If you need additional parking for a special occasion or event, the Silver Sands Community has limited space at the Clubhouse (7724 Norfolk) and Overflow Lot (located here) that members can rent daily.
