- Weekday Rate: $50 (Members) / $___ (Non-members)
- Weekend Rate: $125 (Members) / $175 (Non-members)
- Payment due prior to rental
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $50 may be required at the discretion of SSIA.
- Deposit may be waived for certain rentals (e.g., weekday/community use)
- Deposit, if collected and no damage found, will be returned after inspection
- Damages or cleaning violations may result in charges beyond the deposit
Cleaning & Responsibilities
Renter agrees to:
- Remove all trash and recycling
- Clean bathrooms and kitchen
- Wipe tables/chairs and return them properly
- Sweep floors and clean spills
Damages
- Renter is responsible for all damages
- Costs exceeding any deposit will be billed to renter
- By agreeing, renter agrees to pay for damages (if invoiced) within 14 days
Property Use Rules
- No noise after 10:00 PM
- Renter is responsible for guests and conduct
- All appliances must be turned off
- Lights off, doors locked at end of event
Parking Rules
- Parking is limited to designated areas only
- Do not block neighbors, driveways, or access points
Violations
Failure to follow the rules or cover costs of required additional cleaning or damages related to your rental could result in:
- Immediate termination of event
- Loss of future rental privileges
Liability Waiver
SSIA is not responsible for:
- Personal injury
- Lost, stolen, or damaged property
